Indian Market will soon be flooded with tablets, we just reported that Samsung will launch Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9 in April, and now we are hearing that LG Optimus Pad will be launched in June in the country.
According to a report in Economic Times, LG will launch its first Honeycomb tablet Optimus Pad in June at a price betweek INR 30-40K. But LG Business Head Vishal Chopra added that company will try to price it below INR 30,000, but lot will depend on the import duties and prevailing currency exchange rates.
Announced at Mobile World Congress, LG Optimus Pad features 8.9-inch display, Android 3.0 platform, and NVIDIA Tegra 2 mobile processor. It is also world’s first tablet with a 3D camera.
To remind you, LG yesterday launched two of its most-awaited Android Smartphones Optimus 2X and Optimus Black in India market.

LG announced Optimus Pad at a press event in Mobile World Congress. LG Optimus Pad will begin shipping in local markets starting in March. Well, it seems European and Asian markets might see Optimus One pad before Xoom launch.
